Simple Picture Day Set Up

Choose a date that works best for your league

Once confirmed, we will contact you to request your athletes and team information.

About two weeks before picture day our office team will send out an email to all your families with information about picture day.

Once picture day rolls around, our team will arrive one hour before the official start time to setup their equipment.

We will have signs and handouts available for families who may have not received the email notification

Our team of photographers will photograph every player and every team photo.

Within three business days (often sooner) we will upload all images and parents will get a notification via text or email that their images are ready for viewing and ordering.

All orders will ship direct to parents with tracking
Note: If there is a family who does not have access to the web they may call our customer service team who will be more than happy to assist them in viewing and placing an order.
