What is a class composite and when will I receive it?

Some schools choose to offer class composites instead of traditional classroom group photos. A class composite features each student’s individual portrait arranged together on one sheet for the entire class.

These composites are created and reviewed with the school before printing, so they are typically delivered in the spring.

What if I want to return just the group photo?

Please complete our contact form (green button below) to let us know you would like to return your group photo. We will then send you a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. Once the photo is received, we will process a refund for the class photo portion of your order.

What if I paid for a group photo but my child was absent and not in the photo?

At this time, we typically do not offer retakes for class photos. If you would like to request a refund, please complete our contact form (green button below) to let us know. Once received, our team will review your request and process a full refund.

Why did I receive class photos for some of my children but not the others?

Please complete our contact form (green button below) and we will be happy to verify whether your child’s class is receiving a composite instead of a traditional classroom group photo. Class composites are delivered at a later date.

Does the group photo come as a digital download?

Unfortunately the group photo only comes as a printed copy.

I am missing my group photo?

If you did not receive your group photo, please complete our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our customer support team will review the issue and assist you promptly.

I received the wrong group photo.

Please complete our contact form (green button below) and be sure to include your student’s full name, school name, grade, and teacher. Once we receive that information, we will send the correct class photo directly to your home.

I am unhappy with the group photo, how do I get a refund?

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your child’s class photo. If you would like to request a refund, please complete our contact form (green button below). Our team will then send you a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. Once the photo is received, we will process your refund promptly.
