How do I order my child's League Sports photos?
Approximately one week after Picture Day, you will receive an email with a link to your student’s photo proofs, where you can view the images and place your order online.
When will I receive my League Sports photos?
After placing your order, printed photos are typically delivered within one to two weeks.
If you ordered a digital download, it will be sent to the email address provided usually within just a few minutes.
I am missing my digital download.
Please search your inbox for an email from O’Connor Studios or Shop ImageQuix, and be sure to check your junk or spam folder as well.

I am missing my League Sports photos.
If you did not receive your League Sports photo order or are missing part of your order, please use our contact form (green button below) to let us know and our customer support team can assist you.
I am unhappy with my child's League Sports photos, how do I get a refund?
We are sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your child’s League Sports photos. If you would like to request a refund, please complete our contact form (green button below). Our team will then send you a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. Once the photos are received, we will process your refund promptly.
My order is incorrect.
If you received an incorrect order, please complete our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our team will review the details and make any necessary corrections. A replacement order will be shipped directly to your home.
