How do I order my child's Cap & Gown photos?
About one week after Picture Day, you will receive an email with a link to your student’s photo proofs, where you can view the images and place your order online.
When will I receive my Cap & Gown photos?

After placing your order, printed photos are typically delivered within one to two weeks.

If you ordered a digital download, it will be sent to the email address provided usually within a few minutes.
How do I access the Cap & Gown photos my senior took at their session?
Cap and Gown photos for seniors are typically uploaded at the beginning of the new year, around January or February. At that time, you will receive a separate email with a link to view and order the Cap and Gown proofs.
I am missing my digital download.

I am unhappy with my child's Cap & Gown photos, how do I get a refund?
We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your child’s Cap and Gown photos. If you would like to request a refund, please complete our contact form (green button below). Our team will then send you a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. Once the photos are received, we will process your refund promptly.
My order is incorrect.
If you received an incorrect order, please complete our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our team will review the details and correct any errors. A replacement order will be shipped directly to your home.
