How do I order my child's graduation photos?
About one week after Picture Day, you will receive an email with a link to your student’s photo proofs, where you can view the images and place your order online.
When will I receive my graduation photos?
After placing your order, printed photos are typically delivered within one to two weeks.
If you ordered a digital download, it will be sent to the email address provided—usually within just a few minutes.
Missing my digital download?
Please search for an email from the following address O’Connor Studio or Shop Imagequix, also check your junk or spam folder.
If you don’t see it in your inbox or have any trouble accessing your download, please do not hesitate to contact us. Click on the green button at the bottom of the page for further assistance.
Missing my Graduation photos?
If you did not receive your graduation photo order or are missing an item, please complete our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our customer support team will review the issue and assist you promptly.
My order is incorrect.
If you received an incorrect order, please complete our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our team will review the details and correct any errors. A replacement order will be shipped directly to your home.
I am unhappy with my child's graduation photos. how do I get a refund?
We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your child’s graduation photos. If you would like to request a refund, please complete our contact form. Our team will then send you a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. Please be sure to include a note with the photos explaining why you are not satisfied with the photos. Once the photos are received, we will process your refund promptly.
