Spring Proof FAQ

My order is incorrect?

If you received an incorrect order, please complete our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our team will review the issue and make any necessary corrections. A replacement order will be shipped directly to your home.

How can I change my background choice?

If you would like to update your background selection, we are happy to assist. A small shipping and handling fee will apply for the replacement order.

Please complete our contact form (green button below), and we will provide you with a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. When returning your photos, please include a check for $6.00 to cover the shipping fee for the new order.

Once we receive your returned photos and payment, we will promptly process your replacement order with your new background selection.

Missing Digital Download?

Please search for an email from the following address O’Connor Studio or Shop Imagequix, also check your junk or spam folder.

If you don’t see it in your inbox or have any trouble accessing your download, please do not hesitate to contact us. Click on the green button at the bottom of the page for further assistance.

How will I receive my digital download?

Digital download orders are sent to the email address provided when ordering within 24 hours of order being placed. If you have not received your download, please check your junk or spam folder before reaching out to our support team.

How do I order pictures after picture day?

​Once photos are ready, each student will receive a 3.5" x 5" proof print at school with instructions for viewing images and placing an order online. Proof prints are typically delivered to the school within 10 business days after Picture Day.

When will I receive my photos?

Printed portrait packages are delivered to the address provided 10-12 business days of order being placed.

If you ordered a Digital Download, it will be sent to your email within 24 hours of order being placed.

I am missing my order?

If you did not receive your complete order or are missing an item from your package, please use our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our customer support team will review the issue and assist you promptly.

I am unhappy with my photos, how do I get a refund?

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your photos. If you would like to request a refund, please complete our contact form (green button below). Please be sure to include the reason why you are not satisfied with the photos. Our team will then send you a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. Once the photos are received, we will process your refund promptly.
