How do I order pictures after picture day?
​If your child was photographed on Spring Picture Day and online ordering has closed or your access code has expired, you will still have the opportunity to purchase their school portrait.

Once photos are ready, the students that were photograph will receive instructions for viewing images and placing an order online.
When will I receive my photos?
Printed portrait packages are delivered to the address provided 10-12 business days of order being placed.
If you ordered a Digital Download, it will be sent to your email within 24 hours of order being placed.​
How will I receive my digital download or Missing Digital Download?
Digital download orders are sent to the email address provided on your order form within 5-7 days of picture day. If you have not received your download, please search for an email from the following address O’Connor Studio or Shop Imagequix, also check your junk or spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the download please complete our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our customer support team will review the issue and assist you promptly.
How can I change my background choice?
If you would like to update your background selection, we are happy to assist. A small shipping and handling fee will apply for the replacement order.

Please complete our contact form (green button below), and we will provide you with a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. When returning your photos, please include a check for $7.00 to cover the shipping fee for the new order.

Once we receive your returned photos and payment, we will promptly process your replacement order with your new background selection.
I am missing my order/order is incorrect?
If you received an incorrect order or you are missing your order, please complete our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our team will review the issue and make any necessary corrections. A replacement order will be shipped directly to your home.
I am unhappy with my photographs?
We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your photos. If you would like to request a refund, please complete our contact form (green button below). Please be sure to include the reason why you are not satisfied with the photos. Our team will then send you a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. Once the photos are received, we will process your refund promptly.
