How do I pre-order my child's photos?
Every student will be photographed on Fall Picture Day.

You may place your order using one of the following options:

Check your email for your personalized online ordering link.

Use the online access code printed in the top right corner of your student’s paper flyer.

Complete the paper order form and send it with your student on Picture Day.
Please note that online ordering closes five days after Picture Day.
Can I order after Picture Day?
If your child was photographed on Fall Picture Day and online ordering has closed or your access code has expired, you will still have the opportunity to purchase their school portrait.
Once photos are ready, each student will receive a proof print at school with instructions on how to view images and place an order online. Proof prints are typically delivered to the school within 3–5 weeks after Picture Day.
My order is incorrect or missing my order?
If you did not receive your complete order or are missing an item from your package, please use our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our customer support team will review the issue and assist you promptly.
Absentee Day/Retake Day
If your student was unable to attend Picture Day or you are not completely satisfied with your student's photos you will have another opportunity to be photographed on Absentee Day/Retake Day.The date is typically shared by your school through social media, email, or school newsletters.
Ordering Options:

Online ordering will reopen a few days prior to Absentee Day/Retake Day.

Please use the same online code provided for the original Picture Day.

Additional paper order forms will be available in the school’s front office.

If you are having a retake done, please have your student bring their original portrait package to the camera

If you ordered a Digital Download only, your student should still visit the photographer. The retake will be noted in our system. And we will re-issue the download with the retake.
When will I receive my photos or digital download?
Printed portrait packages are delivered to the school approximately 3–5 weeks after Picture Day.
If you ordered a Digital Download, it will be sent to the email you provided 5-7 days after picture day.

The digital download will come from one of the following address O’Connor Studio or Shop Imagequix, also check your junk or spam folder.
How will I receive my digital download/missing digital download?
Digital download orders are sent to the email address provided on your order form within 5-7 days of picture day. If you have not received your download, please search for an email from the following address O’Connor Studio or Shop Imagequix, also check your junk or spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the download please complete our contact form (green button below) to notify us. Our customer support team will review the issue and assist you promptly.
How does the Family Plan Discount work?
We’re pleased to offer a Family Plan Discount to help families save on school portrait purchases.
How It Works

The first two children are purchased at full price.

Each additional child receives their portrait package of equal or lesser value at no cost.
How to Apply the Discount

Complete a paper order form for each student (Family Plan Discounts cannot be applied online)

Each student should bring their own order envelope to the camera.

Provide payment in the first two children's envelops.

In the cash/check section there is a blank spot please write "FAM PLAN" on each of students order forms

List the names of all siblings, school and grade in the notes section of each order form.
How can I change my background choice?

If you would like to update your background selection, please complete our contact form and let us know which background you prefer. We will take care of the change for you.

If you have already received your photos, and would like to update your background selection,we are happy to assist. A small shipping and handling fee will apply for the replacement order.

Please complete our contact form (green button below), and we will provide you with a link that includes a prepaid return shipping label. When returning your photos, please include a check for $7.00 to cover the shipping fee for the new order and a note with your new background choice.

​Once we receive your returned photos and payment, we will promptly process your replacement order with your new background selection.
