To place an order online, visit oconnorstudio.com and from the home page click on "Order School Portraits".  You will be prompted to enter an Online Access Code, which can be found in three places:
1. The top right corner of your students envelope.
2. In an email you may have received.
3. In your school's newsletter or Facebook post.

If you still can't find your code, please contact our customer service team.

If your student misses Picture Day after placing an order, don’t worry. We’ll return for a makeup session, and the school will inform you of the new date. Your student’s photo will be taken, and your order will be processed then.

If you'd like to place an order for Absentee Day but didn't initially, pick up an extra order form from the main office. Please note that online ordering is not available for Absentee Day at this time, so use the paper form.

Each school has a unique Online Access Code.

Check your students order envelope, email, or the school's newsletter or Facebook post for the correct code.  

If you're unhappy with your school portraits, we encourage you to give us another chance by having your student rephotographed on Absentee/Retake Day.

Retake Instructions:

1. The school will announce the date for Absentee/Retake Day.

2. On the back of the envelope your photos were delivered in, write down what you'd like changed or what you were dissatisfied with.

3. Send the package back with your student on Absentee/Retake Day and have them give it to the photographer.

Our Family Discount Plan provides savings for families with multiple siblings in the same school or district:

- Full price for the first two sibling orders, and half price for each additional child's order.

Here’s how to use the plan:

1. Use the paper order form(s) provided, as this discount cannot be applied online. Write "FAM PLAN" in the special instructions on each envelope.

2. For the 3rd child, select a package and mark half price in the total enclosed box. In the special instructions box, list the names (First & Last) of the other two siblings.

Note: You can make one payment by check or cash, placed in a single envelope.

If your school allows sibling photos, we're happy to accommodate. While our setup is designed for individual photos, we'll do our best to capture a great sibling photo.

Here's how:

1. Place separate orders for each child using their Unique Online Access Code.

​

2. To request a sibling photo, pick up an extra flyer from the school office, choose a package, and have one student hand it to the photographer before the session.
