Portrait Day & Retake Day

· How do I find out when my schools Portrait Day and retake date is?

The date of your Portrait Day and retake day will be available on your school’s event/community calendar.

· What do I need to do to have a retake photo taken?

If you would like a retake, please fill out the form on the back of your picture package and return your entire package back on your scheduled retake day.


Ordering

· How can I place an online order?

There are two ways to order Online or Order form

* If you place your order online there is no need send a completed form with your student on picture day

· Both of my children attend the same school. Can I complete one order form for both?

No. We kindly ask that you fill out separate order forms for each child. This ensures the photographer receives the correct order and background choice for each child.

· How can I order by paper form?

Order forms will be passed out to each student a few days before Portrait Day. Please select the items you would like to order. Please enclose a check or cash with the exact amount. Forms passed in with no payment will not be processed.

Checks are made payable to O’Connor Studio.

*Photographers will not be able to make changes the day of picture day.

* Only order forms with full payment will be processed.


· My Children attend the same school. Can we have their photo taken together?

The Portrait Day schedule is very busy, we do not suggest planning on sibling photos. We may be able to accommodate, providing the school policy will allow and there is appropriate time. You will need a separate form with both sibling’s name on it and payment enclosed.


Can I pay for all my children with one payment whether they are in the same school or different schools?

No. You must send separate payment for each child. If you do not send separate payment for each child your order cannot be guaranteed.


· I forgot to give my child their order form. Will they still have their photo taken? What should I do?

All students present on Portrait Day will have their photo taken regardless if they purchasing a package.

Your child can bring the order form the next day to the school’s front office.

How can I receive the Family Plan discount?

Family Plan discount: The first two children pay full price and all others photographed by O'Connor Studio pay half price. Enclose a note in each order envelope listing all children, the schools they attend, and packages purchased

I didn’t receive a paper form or a Access Code for my child. What do I do?

Your school’s front office has extra forms.

Or

· When sending in a request for access code, please provide the students name, school and grade.


  • My child was absent on Portrait Day.

Please check with your school calendar to see when absentee/retake day is happening.

Do I have to order a package in order to purchase an add on?

No all add on options can be order separately

  • My Unique Online Access Code is not working

Please contact O'Connor Studio Support and we will send you a code. Please provide your students name and school in the email.


Absentee/Retake Day. If you are trying to purchase a new package for the scheduled absentee/retake day, please note that the online code will not work. Please contact O'Connor Studio Supportand we will assist you with placing your order.

  • Where is my order

    If your order was submitted after Portrait Day , please allow 10-14 days after order is placed, for delivery to the school


  • I did not receive my portrait package but others in the school did

  • If your order was submitted after Portrait Day, please allow 10-14 days after order is placed, for delivery to the school.
  • Orders will be delivered to the school 4-6 weeks after your Portrait Day .

  • Can I order after Portrait Day.

*Please note that all orders received after the deadline will be processed as they are received. Your students' photos will not arrive at the same time as the rest of the of the school, you can expect them to arrive at the school 2-3 weeks after receipt of your order.

Refunds

  • If you are unhappy with your photographs and you do not wish to have them retaken, you must return your entire photo package to our office. Please fill out the back of the portrait package and we will mail you a refund for the entire amount. If you ordered online your refund will go back on the credit card used. Refunds are not processed at the school.
