What if my child is absent on portrait day?

Your child will have the opportunity to be photographed on our Retake & Absentee day at the school. This is usually scheduled to take place shortly after the original packages are distributed. You can email or call our customer service dept to find out the date for your school. Please make sure your child’s teacher is aware that your student needs to go to the camera that day.
